| 1 box | BARILLA Ziti |
| 1 jar | BARILLA Sweet Peppers & Garlic Sauce |
| 3 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 1/2 ounces | pancetta, chopped |
| 1 1/2 cups | peas |
| 1 cup | half & half |
| 1 cup | freshly grated Parmigiano cheese, divided |
| 1/4 teaspoon | crushed red pepper flakes (optional) |
PREHEAT oven to 350 F.
COOK Ziti according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta cooking water. Return pasta to pot.
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add pancetta; cook 3 minutes or until softened, stirring occasionally.
ADD Sweet Peppers and Garlic Sauce, peas, half and half, 1/2 cup cheese, and red pepper flakes. Continue cooking until thoroughly heated.
ADD sauce to hot Ziti. Toss, adding reserved pasta water to desired consistency. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan.
SPRINKLE with remaining cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
May susbstitute ham for pancetta.
