| 1 package | BARILLA Three Cheese Tortellini |
| 1 pound | fresh mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 tablespoon | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon | butter |
| 1 clove | garlic, chopped |
| 1 tablespoon | parsley, chopped |
| 1/3 cup | Parmigiano cheese, grated |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
HEAT the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
ADD the mushrooms, sauté for a few minutes over high heat until nice and golden. Season with salt and pepper.
COOK the Tortellini according to the package directions.
DRAIN the Tortellini and toss with the mushroom sauce in the skillet. Garnish with the chopped parsley and grated cheese before serving.
