Thick Spaghetti with Tuna (Spaghettoni con Tonnata)

Ingredients

3/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
1 can ( 6 ouncestuna packed in water, undrained
1/4 cuphalf & half
5anchovies plus 1 tbsp. juice
3 tablespoonscapers, divided
1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1 box (16 ounces)BARILLA Thick Spaghetti


PLACE olive oil, tuna, half & half, anchovies with juice, 2 tablespoons capers, lemon juice, and pepper in blender and process until smooth.
COOK Spaghetti according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
POUR sauce over hot Spaghetti; toss. Transfer to serving platter; sprinkle with reserved capers. Makes 4 to 6 servings



Sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley.
