Thick Spaghetti with Tomato and Gorgonzola Sauce (Spaghettoni con Pomodoro e Gorgonzola)

Ingredients

3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1 smallwhite onion, sliced thin
1 jarBARILLA Marinara Sauce
1 cupwater
to tastesalt
to tastefreshly ground black pepper
1 cupGorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 boxBARILLA Thick Spaghetti


HEAT oil in a skillet; add onions and sauté over medium heat for five minutes.
ADD Marinara Sauce and 1 cup of water. Season with pepper and simmer until the sauce thickens up again.
STIR in cheese and melt.
COOK pasta according to the directions. Drain and toss with the sauce
