| 1 box (16 ounces) | BARILLA Thick Spaghetti |
| 1/4 cup | extra virgin olive oil |
| 3 cloves | garlic, chopped |
| 1/4 cup | fresh parsley, chopped |
| 1 pound | medium shrimp, peeled and deveined |
| 1 pound | calamari, sliced into rings |
| 1/2 cup | white wine |
| 2 cups | crushed tomatoes, canned |
| 1/2 cup | water |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic, parsley and sauté until golden.
ADD the calamari and the shrimps, sauté for 3-5 minutes.
ADD white wine and simmer until reduced by half.
ADD tomatoes, 1/2 cup of water, salt and black pepper and let it simmer until desired consistency.
COOK pasta according to the directions. Drain and add to hot sauce in skillet. Mix well.
