Sweet Parmigiano Orzotto with Balsamic Vinegar Pear and Sicilian Orange Sea Salt

Ingredients

1-1/2 cupswhole milk
1-1/2 cups2 % milk
1/3 cupsugar
1 cupBARILLA Orzo
1 tablespoonbutter
1/2 cupParmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated
1/2 tablespoonMonti Iblei Extra Virgin Olive Oil*
1/2 jar (4 ounces)Hand Cut Fresh Pears With Balsamic Vinegar of Modena *
a light sprinkleSicilian Sea Salt with Zest*


BRING milk to a boil in a saucepan. Add sugar and stir.
COOK Orzo in boiling milk and sugar for 9-10 minutes; stir continuously.
TURN off heat. Stir in butter, cheese and oil. Mix well.
TRANSFER Orzo to individual plates; place a tablespoon of pears in the center. Sprinkle with little salt before serving
