Steamed Mussels with Spicy Marinara Sauce and Herbs

Ingredients

1 jarBARILLA Spicy Marinara Sauce
2 poundsfresh mussels
1/2 stickbutter
1/4 cupdry white wine
2 sprigs eachfresh thyme, basil, and oregano


CLEAN mussels and remove the beard. Put into a large 8 quart pot.
ADD wine, butter, herbs and Spicy Marinara Sauce to the pot. Mix well. Cover pot and heat on high until steaming and mussels are open.
STIR mussels and pour into a shallow bowl to serve. Use the broth for dipping mussels or bread in.
