Spaghetti with Meatballs (Spaghetti con Polpette)

Ingredients

1/2 cupmilk
1/3 cupItalian seasoned breabcrumbs
1/4 cuponion, finely chopped
1 poundground beef
1 teaspoondried basil
1/2 teaspoondried oregano
1egg
to tastesalt
to tasteblack pepper
2 jars (5 cups)BARILLA Marinara Sauce
1 box (16 ouncesBARILLA Spaghetti


PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.
SPRAY or lightly oil a baking sheet.
SOAK breadcrumbs in milk for 10-15 minutes.
MIX onion, ground beef, basil, oregano, edd, salt and pepper together in a medium-sized bowl. Shape mixture into 2-inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheet.
BAKE 20-30 minutes or until center temperature reaches 150 degrees.
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
HEAT sauce; when warmed add meatballs to sauce.
COOK pasta according to package directions; drain.
COMBINE pasta and sauce in a large serving bowl
