Spaghetti Rigati with Fennel (Spaghetti Rigati con Finocchio)

Ingredients

1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
2 bulbs, thinly slicedfennel, thinly sliced
2 jarsBARILLA Marinara Sauce
1 box (16 ouncesBARILLA Spaghetti Rigati
4 tablespoonsbutter
1/2 cupseasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cupParmigiano cheese, grated


HEAT olive oil in a large skillet. Add fennel, sauté until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
ADD Marinara Sauce and bring mixture to a simmer.
COOK pasta one minute less than package directions. Drain and add pasta to sauce. Mix well.
MELT butter in a small bowl in the microwave. Mix in breadcrumbs and Parmigiano cheese.
SRINKLE breadcrumb mixture over pasta. Bake for 20 minutes until breadcrumbs are golden brown
