| 1 package | BARILLA Three Cheese Tortellini |
| 1 cup (8 ounces) | bacon, julienne |
| 1 cup | half & half |
| 4 ounces | fontina cheese, grated |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| 2 tablespoons | fresh parsley, chopped fine |
BRING a medium size pot of water to a boil.
SAUTE bacon in a large skillet over high heat for 5 minutes or until crispy. Remove from skillet; set aside. Return skillet to stove.
ADD half & half to skillet and heat to a boil over medium heat. Gradually add cheese, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue heating until sauce is smooth and cheese is melted. Set aside.
COOK Tortellini according to package directions. Drain and immediately add to sauce mixture. Mix well.
TRANSFER to a serving platter or bowl. Garnish with bacon and parsely. Serve immediately.
