| 1 box | Piccolini® Mini Fusilli |
| 2 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon | white onion, chopped fine |
| 1 package (16 ounces) | green peas, frozen |
| 1 cup | vegetable broth or water |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | white pepper |
| 2 cups | mozzarella cheese, shredded |
HEAT oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes over low heat.
ADD peas, broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
ADD the tomatoes and cook until they are warmed through and the skins are slightly blistered.
Meanwhile COOK Piccolini® Mini Fusilli according to package directions. Drain and toss with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Finish with the mozzarella cheese before serving.
