| 1 box | Piccolini® Mini Farfalle |
| 2 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon | white onion, chopped |
| 1 package (9 ounces) | green peas, frozen |
| 3/4 cup | vegetable broth |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | white pepper |
| 2 cups | mozzarella cheese, shredded |
HEAT oil in a large skillet. Add onions and sauté for five minutes over low heat.
ADD peas, vegetable broth and simmer for five minutes.
PROCESS mixture in a blender until smooth and creamy. Return to the skillet and add tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, simmer two minutes
Meanwhile Cook Piccolini® Mini Farfalle according to package directions.Drain and toss with the sauce.
GARNISH with mozzarella cheese before serving.
