| 1 box | Piccolini® Mini Farfalle |
| 2 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 tablespoon | white onion, chopped |
| 1 package (9 ounces) | green peas, frozen |
| 3/4 cup | vegetable broth |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | white pepper |
| 2 cups | mozzarella cheese, shredded |
HEAT oil in a large skillet. Add onions and sauté for five minutes over low heat.
ADD peas, vegetable broth and simmer for five minutes.
PROCESS mixture in a blender until smooth and creamy. Return to the skillet and add tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, simmer two minutes
Meanwhile Cook Piccolini Mini Farfalle according to package directions.Drain and toss with the sauce.
GARNISH with mozzarella cheese before serving
