Piccolini® Mini Fusilli with Creamy Mozzarella and Romano Sauce

Ingredients

1 boxPiccolini® Mini Fusilli
1-1/2 cupsheavy cream
1 ball (8 ounces)fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
3 tablespoonsRomano cheese, grated
1 tablespoonolive oil


BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
ADD cream and diced mozzarella to a skillet and bring to a simmer. Continue to simmer until the cheese is completely melted.
Meanwhile, COOK pasta according to the package directions. Drain pasta and transfer to skillet.
ADD olive oil and mix well. Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese



Add 1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes or other vegetables for added flavor
