Penne with Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce

Ingredients

1 box BARILLA Penne
4 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2 clovesgarlic, chopped
1 teaspoonred pepper flakes
to tastesalt
1 can (28 ounces)San Marzano whole tomatoes
2 tablespoonsparsley, roughly chopped
1/4 cupPecorino Romano cheese, grated


BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet. Add chopped garlic and red pepper flakes; saute until garlic turns light yellow.
ADD tomatoes and season with salt. Simmer for four to five minutes.
COOK pasta according to package directions; drain.
ADD cooked pasta to skillet and toss. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
