| 1 box | PLUS® Elbows |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 3 tablespoons | olive oil |
| 1 cup | cherry tomatoes, quartered |
| ½ cup | goat cheese |
| ¼ cup | Pecorino cheese, grated |
| ½ cup | Parmigiano cheese, grated |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté garlic oil slightly yellow.
ADD quartered cherry tomatoes and sauté for and additional 3 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, COOK pasta according to package directions, drain and combine with tomatoes.
TRANSFER pasta to an oven safe pan. Top pasta with small chunks of goat cheese, Pecorino and Parmigiano cheeses.
BAKE in a 450 degree oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
