Mostaccioli with Green and Black Olive Sauce and Chicken (Mostaccioli con Salsa Puttanesca e Pollo)

Ingredients

1 boxBARILLA Mostaccioli
1 jarBARILLA Green & Black Olive Sauce
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
1 poundchicken breast, boneless, skinless, thinly sliced
to tastesalt
to tastefreshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoonfresh tarragon, chopped
1/4 cupParmigiano cheese, grated


BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until golden and cooked through.
ADD Sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain and add pasta to sauce. Add tarragon and mix well.
SPRINKLE with grated cheese before serving
