Mostaccioli with Bolognese Sauce (Mostaccioli con Salsa Bolognese Semplice)

Ingredients

1 boxBARILLA Mostaccioli
1 jarBARILLA Roasted Garlic & Onion Sauce
1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1 poundground veal
1/4 cuphalf & half
3/4 teaspoonfresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1/4 cupfreshly grated Parmigiano cheese


HEAT olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add veal and cook 7 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking up chunks with a wooden spoon.
ADD Roasted Garlic & Onion Sauce, half & half, rosemary, salt and pepper.
SIMMER on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
COOK Mostaccioli according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
ADD reserved cooking water to sauce and stir.
POUR veal sauce over hot Mostaccioli; serve with freshly grated Parmigiano cheese



Substitute Italian sausage for veal.
