Medium Shells with Spicy Pepper Sauce and Tuna (Conchiglie con Salsa Arrabbiata e Tonno)

Ingredients

1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup (1 small)onion, chopped
2 cups (1 bulb)fennel, thinly sliced
1 jarBARILLA Spicy Pepper Sauce
1 cuppitted green olives, chopped
1 can (6 ounces)tuna, drained (imported Italian tuna, if possible)
1 box (16 ounces)BARILLA Medium Shells
to tastesalt
to tastefreshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoonsparsley, chopped


BRING a large pot of water to boil.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add onion and fennel. Reduce heat to medium high and sauté 5-7 minutes or until tender.
ADD sauce and green olives. Simmer for 5 minutes.
ADD tuna; season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain and immediately add hot pasta to sauce.
ADD parsley; mix well. Transfer to serving dish or platter
