| 1 box | BARILLA Medium Shells |
| 1 jar | BARILLA Spicy Marinara Sauce |
| 2 large | yellow bell peppers |
| 2 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 2-3 sprigs | fresh thyme |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 can (6 ounces) | tuna, packed in oil |
PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees.
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
CUT peppers in half and remove seeds. Place in glass baking dish; season with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper.
BAKE in oven 20-30 minutes or until tender. When cooled, remove skin and cut into strips.
ADD peppers, drained tuna and Spicy Marinara Sauce to a large skillet. Heat through.
COOK Medium Shells according to package directions. Drain and add to sauce mixture. Season with salt and pepper, toss and serve.
