Linguine Fini with Shrimp and Green Sauce (Linguine Fini con Gamberi e Salsa Verde)

Ingredients

1/3 cupExtra virgin olive oil
1 poundMedium shrimp, peeled & deveined
to tasteSalt & freshly ground black pepper
1 cloveGarlic, minced
1 cup packedItalian parsley
1 tablespoonCapers
8 leavesBasil
1 boxBARILLA Linguine Fini


HEAT 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet. Add shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté until pink and cooked through.
COMBINE remaining olive oil, garlic, parsley, basil, and capers in blender until smooth.
ADD sauce to skillet, heat through.
COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain.
ADD hot pasta to sauce
