Linguine Fini in Three Tomato Sauce
Linguine Fini con Salsa ai Tre Pomodori

Ingredients

1 box BARILLA Linguine Fini
1 jarBARILLA Marinara Sauce
1sun-dried tomato, chopped
1 cupcherry tomatoes, quartered
1 teaspoonfresh thyme, chopped
1 cuphalf & half
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1/4 cupfreshly grated Parmigiano cheese


HEAT Marinara Sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and thyme in large saucepan over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in half & half, salt and pepper.
COOK Linguine Fini according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
ADD sauce to hot Linguine Fini and toss. Transfer to serving platter or bowl; sprinkle with cheese.



For a spicy flavor, add crushed red pepper flakes. For a hearty version, add cooked, crumbled hot Italian sausage.
