Halibut Filets with Garden Vegetable Sauce

Ingredients

1 jarBARILLA Garden Vegetable Sauce
2 poundshalibut fillets
2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1shallot, finely chopped
1 package (9 ounces) frozen artichoke hearts, defrosted
1 bag (6 ounces) baby spinach
1 can (19 ounces) cannellini beans, drained


BRING a large water to a boil.
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet. Add shallots and sauté until golden.
ADD artichoke hearts and cook for 3 minutes.
ADD Garden Vegetable Sauce and bring to a simmer.
STIR in Cannellini beans and spinach. Season with salt and pepper.
POUR half the sauce into an 9x13 baking dish. Add halibut filets and cover with remaining sauce.
BAKE for 20-30 minutes
