| 1 box | BARILLA Manicotti |
| 1-1/2 jars | BARILLA Marinara Sauce |
| 1 pound | ground turkey |
| 2 | eggs, slightly beaten |
| 1/2 cup | onion, finely chopped |
| 1 clove | garlic, minced |
| 1 pound | mushrooms, sliced |
| 1 package (6 ounces) | fresh baby spinach, coarsely chopped |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| 1/4 cup | Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated |
PREHEAT oven to 375. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
COOK Manicotti according to package directions; drain and cool.
COMBINE ground turkey, eggs, cheese and vegetables in a large bowl.
FILL manicotti with meat mixture. Pour of ½ jar sauce into 13x9 inch baking dish.
Place manicotti in prepared baking dish. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
BAKE covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 additional minutes.
