| 2 | chicken breast |
| 2 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 sprig | fresh rosemary |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| 2 cloves | garlic, chopped |
| to taste | sea salt |
CUT the chicken breast into thin scaloppini.
MARINATE chicken with oil, rosemary, black pepper and garlic for two hours.
GRILL the chicken on both sides, season with sea salt.
