Grilled Chicken Scaloppini with Rosemary and Garlic
Petto di Pollo alla Griglia con Rosmarino ed Aglio

Ingredients

2chicken breast
2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1 sprigfresh rosemary
to tastefreshly ground black pepper
2 clovesgarlic, chopped
to tastesea salt


CUT the chicken breast into thin scaloppini.
MARINATE chicken with oil, rosemary, black pepper and garlic for two hours.
GRILL the chicken on both sides, season with sea salt.
