| 1 box | BARILLA Gemelli |
| 1 jar | BARILLA Spicy Marinara Sauce |
| 1/4 cup | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 pound | Italian sausage |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 teaspoon | crushed red pepper flakes |
| 1 teaspoon | fresh thyme, chopped |
| 1 cup | Pecorino Romano cheese, grated |
BRING a large water to a boil.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet. Add Italian sausage and sauté until brown, breaking up sausage with a spoon.
ADD garlic, thyme and red pepper; sauté for 1 minute.
ADD Spicy Marinara Sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
COOK Gemelli according to package directions. Drain and add pasta to sauce. Mix well. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
