Fettuccine Rigate with Mushroom and Garlic Sauce and Crispy Bacon

Ingredients

1 boxBARILLA Fettuccine Rigate
1 jarBARILLA Mushroom & Garlic Sauce
2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1 cup (8 ounces)bacon, diced
1 cup (1 medium)white onions, diced
2 tablespoonsfresh parsley, chopped


BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
SAUTE bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain and set aside.
HEAT olive oil in same skillet. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
ADD Mushroom and Garlic Sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.
COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain and add pasta to sauce.
ADD bacon. Mix well. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
