SERVES: 4-6

BARILLA SAUCE:
Spicy Marinara Sauce Spicy Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

1 JAR Barilla Spicy Marinara Sauce
2 TABLESPOONS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 CUPS Celery, Chopped
1 Bay Leaf
1 CUP White Wine
32 FL. OUNCES Fish Stock
TO TASTE Salt
TO TASTE Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
8 OUNCES Shrimp
8 OUNCES Bay Scallops
1 POUND Halibut, Cubed (may Substitute Snapper)
1 TABLESPOON Fresh Parsley, Chopped

Cooking Instructions

    HEAT olive oil in a stockpot. Add celery and sauté for 1 minute.
    ADD bay leaf.
    ADD white wine and fish stock, reduce by ½. Add Barilla Spicy Marinara Sauce, bring to simmer.
    SIMMER for 20-30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
    ADD shrimp, scallops and halibut and simmer 15 minutes.
    GARNISH with parsley. Serve with croutons or over Barilla pasta.
