| 1 package | BARILLA Three Cheese Tortellini |
| 3 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 clove | garlic, chopped |
| 4 ounces | mixed wild mushrooms |
| 1/2 cup | half & half |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| 1/3 cup | Parmigiano cheese, grated |
| 2 tablespoons | fresh parsley, chopped |
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and saute until translucent, 1-2 minutes.
ADD mushrooms and cook an additional 5 minutes.
ADD half & half and season with salt and pepper. Simmer an additional 1-2 minutes.
COOK Tortellini according to the package directions. Drain, add to sauce and toss. Stir in cheese.
TRANSFER to a serving platter or bowl. Garnish with parsley and serve.
