Linguine Fini with Tomatoes
Linguine Fini con Pomodoro

Ingredients

1 box BARILLA Linguine Fini
1-1/2 pounds (4 cups)tomatoes, chopped
1 clovegarlic, minced
1/2 cupkalamata olives, coarsely chopped (may substitute pitted green or a combination of green and black)
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
1/4 cupchopped Italian parsley
2 tablespoonscapers, drained
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/8 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper


TOSS tomatoes with garlic; allow to drain in strainer.
COOK pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
ADD tomato mixture, olives, oil, parsley, capers and seasoning to hot pasta; toss. Let stand 5 minutes to blend flavors.
TRANSFER to serving platter or bowl.
