PLUS® Thin Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce and Shallots
Spaghettini PLUS® con Salsa Marinara e Scalogno

Ingredients

1 box PLUS® Thin Spaghetti
1 jar BARILLA® Marinara Sauce
1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
2 cupsshallots, Julienne
to tastesalt
2 tablespoonsfresh oregano, chopped
1/2 cupPecorino Romano cheese, grated


BRING a large pot of salt water to a boil.
HEAT oil in a large skillet and add shallots; sauté 10 minutes over medium heat.
ADD Marinara Sauce and simmer an additional 5 minutes.
COOK pasta according to the directions. Drain and toss with the sauce.
GARNISH with chopped oregano and pecorino cheese.
