| 1/2 box | PLUS® Thin Spaghetti |
| 1/4 cup | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 clove | garlic, crushed |
| 2 fillets | anchovies, chopped |
| 2 cups (1 pound) | plum tomatoes, seeded and diced |
| 1 cup | green olives, pitted and halved |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 tablespoon | fresh dill, chopped |
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and anchovies, sauté 1-2 minutes.
ADD tomatoes, green olives, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for five minutes.
COOK pasta according package directions. Drain and toss immediately with sauce.
SPRINKLE with fresh chopped dill.
