PLUS® Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes, Thyme and Red Onion

Ingredients

1 boxPLUS® Spaghetti
4 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2 cupsred onion, julienne
1 sprigthyme
4 cupscherry tomatoes, halved
1 cupwater
to tastesalt
to tastefreshly ground black pepper
½ cupPecorino Romano cheese, grated


BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
SAUTE onion with oil and thyme in a large skillet for 8 minutes over medium heat.
ADD halved tomatoes, season with salt and pepper; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
ADD 1 cup water and reduce by half.
Meanwhile COOK PLUS® Spaghetti according to the directions, drain and toss with sauce.
STIR in grated cheese before serving.
