| 1 box | PLUS® Spaghetti |
| 4 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 cups | red onion, julienne |
| 1 sprig | thyme |
| 4 cups | cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 1 cup | water |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| ½ cup | Pecorino Romano cheese, grated |
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
SAUTE onion with oil and thyme in a large skillet for 8 minutes over medium heat.
ADD halved tomatoes, season with salt and pepper; cook for an additional 3 minutes.
ADD 1 cup water and reduce by half.
Meanwhile COOK PLUS® Spaghetti according to the directions, drain and toss with sauce.
STIR in grated cheese before serving.
