| 1 box | PLUS® Penne |
| 1 jar | BARILLA® Roasted Garlic Sauce |
| 1/4 cup | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 pound | boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes |
| 1/2 teaspoon | salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 sprig | fresh rosemary |
| 1 tablespoon | flat leaf parsley, finely chopped |
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
SEASON chicken with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Add rosemary; cook until chicken is lightly brown and cooked through.
ADD Roasted Garlic & Onion Sauce to skillet and heat through. Set aside.
ADD pasta to boiling water; cook according to package directions.
REMOVE rosemary sprig from sauce and heat sauce through while pasta is cooking.
DRAIN pasta and immediately add to sauce. Mix well.
TRANSFER to a serving platter or bowl. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmigiano cheese.
