Ingredients

1 box PLUS® Elbows
1/3 cupextra virgin olive oil
3 clovesgarlic, crushed
2 teaspoons fresh red chili peppers, finely chopped
1 cupItalian flat-leafed parsley, roughly chopped
1/2 cupfresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
1/2 cupfresh oregano, roughly chopped
12 ouncessmoked provolone cheese, cut into small cubes


BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red chili peppers and sauté 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
COOK ADD remaining herbs and cheese. Toss and serve immediately.
