PLUS® Elbows with Baking Sauce, Mozzarella and Ricotta Cheese

Ingredients

1 boxPLUS® Elbows
2 jarsBARILLA Italian Baking Sauce
1 poundricotta cheese
2 cups, dividedmozzarella cheese
2 tablespoonsfresh basil, chopped


PREHEAT oven to 350.
BRING a pot of salted water to boil.
HEAT Italian Baking Sauce. Stir in ricotta and basil.
COOK pasta in salted water for five minutes. Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Stir in half the mozzarella cheese.
POUR into a 13x9 baking pan. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
BAKE for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
