| 1 box | PLUS® Angel Hair |
| 3 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 clove | garlic, minced |
| 1 can (28 ounces) | Italian plum tomatoes |
| 2 teaspoons | salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | crushed red pepper flakes |
| 1 tablespoon | Italian parsley, chopped |
| 3 tablespoons | fresh basil, chopped |
| 8 tablespoons | ricotta salata cheese* |
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and sauté until golden.
ADD tomatoes and crushed red pepper. Season with salt and simmer 5-10 minutes.
COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain.
ADD hot pasta to skillet with sauce. Add herbs and mix well.
ADD ricotta cheese. Mix again.
