| 1 box | PLUS® Angel Hair |
| 1/3 cup | extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 cups | red onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 can (28 ounces) | San Marzano crushed tomatoes |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| 2 cups | green olives, pitted and halved |
| 1 cup | Pecorino Romano cheese, grated |
| 5 leaves | fresh basil, julienne |
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet. Cook onions over medium heat for 5 minutes.
ADD crushed tomatoes, salt and black pepper; simmer for ten minutes.
ADD green olives.
COOK pasta according to the directions. Drain pasta and add to hot sauce. Mix well.
FINISH with cheese and julienne basil before serving.
