| 1 box | PLUS® Angel Hair |
| 1 jar | BARILLA Roasted Garlic Sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 cup | yellow onion, diced |
| 1 cup | yellow pepper, diced |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| 1 cup | water |
| 1 cup | Pecorino Romano cheese, grated |
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
SAUTE onions and peppers with olive oil, salt and black pepper until cooked.
ADD sauce plus 1 cup water and simmer for five minutes.
COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
