| 1 box | PLUS® Angel Hair |
| 2 pounds | zucchini |
| 1 clove | garlic, gently pressed |
| 1/4 cup | extra virgin olive oil |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| 2 pounds | calamari |
| 2 tablespoons | fresh parsley, chopped |
CUT the zucchini into round slices, season with salt and let drain for two hours.
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
SAUTE the oil and garlic clove in a medium skillet. Add zucchini and for several minutes.
ADD calamari and sauté until cooked through. Do not overcook or else calamari will become too chewy.
COOK pasta according to the directions. Drain and toss with the sauce. Finish with chopped parsley.
