Barilla® Whole Grain Rotini, with Berlotti Beans Beans, Cannellini Beans, Sage and Parmigiano Cheese

Ingredients

1 boxBARILLA Whole Grain Rotini
2 clovesgarlic
½ cupolive oil
1 cupborlotti beans
1 cupcannellini beans
2 clovesgarlic, chopped
4 leavesfresh sage
½ cupParmigiano cheese, grated
to tastesalt
to tastefreshly ground black pepper


BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
SAUTÉ garlic in olive oil in a large skillet until slightly yellow, about three minutes.
ADD sage and sauté an additional 1 minute. Add berlotti and cannellini beans. Continue cooking for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
COOK Whole Grain Rotini according to package directions. Drain and toss with bean mixture.
SPRINKLE with grated Parmigiano cheese before serving
