| 1 box | BARILLA Ziti |
| 1 jar | BARILLA Italian Baking Sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 pound | ground lamb |
| 1/4 teaspoon | red pepper flakes |
| 1 clove | garlic |
| 1/2 cup | red wine |
| to taste | salt |
| to taste | freshly ground black pepper |
| 1/2 cup | Parmigiano cheese, grated |
| 2 cups | mozzarella cheese, shredded |
| 2 tablespoons | fresh parsley, chopped |
BRING a large pot of water to a boil. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
HEAT oil in a large skillet. Add lamb, pepper flakes, whole garlic clove and brown thoroughly.
ADD wine and cook until liquid is reduced.
STIR in sauce, one cup of water, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for ten minutes. Remove garlic clove.
COOK pasta half of the recommended cooking time. Drain and toss with the sauce. Place it in a 13x9 greased baking dish.
TOP with cheeses and parsley; bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
