Baked Barilla PLUS® Elbows with Italian Baking Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese (Elbows Barilla PLUS® con Salsa al Forno Barilla e Mozzarella)

Ingredients

2 tablespoonscapers in salt
1 boxBARILLA PLUS Elbows
1 jarBARILLA Italian Baking Sauce
1/2 cupblack olives, pitted
2 tablespoonsfresh oregano, chopped
2 cupsfresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/2 cupParmigiano cheese, grated


SOAK capers in water for one hour. Rinse to remove the salt.
BRING a large pot of water to a boil
PREHEAT oven to 350.
CUT olives in half.
COOK pasta for five minutes. Drain and combine with the sauce, olives, oregano, capers and half of the cheese.
PLACE in a 9x13 inches baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
BAKE in the oven for 12 minutes at 350
