Baked Barilla PLUS® Elbows with Ground Turkey (Elbows Barilla PLUS® al Forno con Ragu`di Tacchino)

Ingredients

2 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
1 poundground turkey
2 jarsBARILLA Marinara Sauce
1 package (10 ounces)frozen peas, defrosted
1 boxBARILLA PLUS Elbows
8 ouncesFontina cheese, cubed
1/4 cupParmigiano cheese, grated


BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
Preheat oven to 350.
HEAT olive oil in a large skillet. Add turkey and sauté until brown and cooked through.
ADD sauce and peas. Simmer 5 minutes.
COOK pasta one minute under package directions. Drain. Add pasta to skillet. Mix well. Pour into 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheeses.
BAKE 20 minutes or until cheese is melted
