| 1 box | PLUS® Rotini |
| 1 clove | garlic |
| 5 leaves | fresh basil, roughly chopped |
| 1/4 teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
| 3 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 cup | Parmigiano cheese, grated |
BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
PEEL and press a garlic clove. Rub it against the walls of a large bowl. Add basil, black pepper and oil.
COOK pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to bowl. Toss and stir in cheese before serving.
