1 box Rigatoni
  3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 cup + 2 tablespoons Pecorino cheese grated
1 tablespoon black pepper crushed in a mortar

Preparation 5 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking

Cook pasta in plenty of hot salted water according to package directions.

Drain and toss with grated Pecorino cheese, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and one ladle of cooking water. Combine and serve.
