Ingredients for 4 people


1 box farfalle
½ # swordfish steaks
2 pints cherry tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 pinch chili pepper
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Preparation 15 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking

Coarsely chop swordfish. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté peeled garlic until golden.

Add swordfish, combine for a few minutes and stir in cherry tomatoes cut into wedges, parsley and chili pepper.

Cook for 2 more minutes. Season with salt to taste.

In the meantime, boil pasta in plenty of salted water according to package directions.

Drain and toss with the prepared sauce.

Serve immediately.
