Preparation 25 minutes preparation + 12 minutes cooking

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onion.

When the onion has softened and browned, add the zucchini, salt and pepper and cover.

After about 15 minutes, uncover and cook the zucchini, allowing any water produced by the vegetable to evaporate.

In the meantime, cook the ditalini in lightly salted boiling water for the amount of time indicated on the package.

Drain the pasta and toss with the zucchini and ricotta, crumbled with the tines of a fork, mixing well.

Sprinkle with the grated Parmigiano Reggiano and serve hot.
