Ingredients for 4 people

1 3/4 pounds beef fillet
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup meat broth
Salt to taste

Ingredients

balsamic vinegar
beef tenderloin

Preparation 20 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking

1
Cut the fillet in four slices, 1 - 2 inches thick, depending on the size. Coat with flour, patting off any excess.

2
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add fillets and season with salt and pepper. Cook on both sides as desired, remove excess fat and deglaze with balsamic vinegar.

3
When reduced, remove fillets and keep warm. Add broth to the pan and cook until sauce is thick. Serve fillets with the sauce.
