1/3 cup mayonnaise
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup heavy cream
a couple drops of Worcestershire sauce
1 pickle
capers
Brandy
a pinch of paprika
salt and pepper

Preparation
Chop the capers and pickle.
Place them in a bowl with the mayonnaise, ketchup, a drop of Brandy, heavy cream, a couple drops of Worcestershire sauce, paprika, pepper and salt.
Mix together until smooth and pink in color.
If you want to make a smoother sauce, whip the cream before adding it to the other ingredients.
