Ingredients

1 PACKAGE Barilla Three Cheese Tortellini - Family Size
2 TABLESPOONS Olive Oil
2 TABLESPOONS Yellow Onions, Chopped
1 1/2 CUP Half-And-Half
TO TASTE Salt
TO TASTE Black Pepper, Freshly Ground
1/3 CUP Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Grated
1 TABLESPOON Fresh Chive, Chopped

Cooking Instructions

    BRING a large pot of water to a boil.
    SAUTÉ onions with oil in a large skillet for 3 minutes.
    ADD half-and-half to the skillet and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and reduce to a simmer.
    COOK Three Cheese Tortellini according to the package directions. Drain and add to the sauce. Continue simmering until sauce comes to desired thickness.
    STIR in grated cheese and chives before serving.
